About:
I did my first job at Adsyndicate Pvt. Ltd. Since July 2023. In my time at Adsyndicate I have learnt many things and stepped out my comfort zone many a times. Some of my notable work domains and projects are mentioned below. (these are some of the projects I had data for).

Client Service & Strategy:
UBI's Ugenius Project: In this project, Adsyndicate was responsible for manageing the quiz event named Ugenius. As a client service representative for UBI's Ugenius project, I handled communications with UBI branch heads regarding the shipment of goods, invoices, and payments etc.

UBI's Corporate Social Respondsibility (CSR) pitch:
I provided suggestions to UBI for advancing their CSR acrtivities. Notably, my proposal to introduce AI training for students between 8th and 12th grade is currently under consideration.

Additionally, I successfully pitched UBI on incorporating AI for social media management.

Project Management & Communication:
I streamlined project workflows for some small scale client servicing works which comes more often. Some of my Clients include:

Thought Leadership:
I contributed research and writing to Adsyndicate's in-house magazine, focusing on the "AI Trends" section. This demonstrates my ability to stay updated on industry developments and translate complex topics into engaging content.

Mentorship & Project Management:
I served as a mentor to two interns, leading them through various client projects. This experience honed my leadership skills and ability to delegate tasks effectively.

A large portion of my role involved conducting in-depth market research for various clients.

Rittal:
I led the creation of a detailed market analysis report, including industry analysis, competitor research, product information, buyer personas, etc. to support impactful digital marketing strategies.

Canara Bank (Paytm):
I spearheaded research on Paytm and it's client base as Canara Bank wanted to create a Payment gateway similar to Paytm. This was after Paytm faced allegations of non-compliance.

Sevashetra Hospital:
I played a key role in developing their digital marketing and social media strategy, which involved research on the hospital and its competitors.

Canara Bank (MBA Website):
I lead the project on market research for user friendly website for students looking to persue MBA programs in India or Abroad.

Satyam Group (Arcon Containers):
I lead the social media reserach and strategy project to come up with a plan for Arcon to grow their following on platforms like Instagram and Linkedin.
